Background
After many years in the corporate world as a manager, I discovered that my greatest strengths were relationship building and problem solving. I decided to transition into a career where those skills were central to the work I do every day.
For more than two decades, I have been privileged to build meaningful, long term relationships with clients. Helping individuals and families navigate retirement and complex financial decisions has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Walking alongside clients through milestones, challenges, and successes continues to give purpose to my work.
Why Financial Planning
I became a financial advisor after seeing firsthand how the absence of proper planning can impact even the most hardworking families. I witnessed people accumulate wealth but struggle with how to use it effectively in retirement. I also saw the consequences of estate plans that were never completed and the strain that created for loved ones.
Those experiences reinforced my belief that thoughtful financial planning can have a profoundly positive impact on people’s lives. I view my role as providing meaningful direction and relevant guidance that helps clients feel prepared, protected, and confident about their future.
Why Allegacy
I chose Allegacy because it is committed to being more than just a financial institution. The organization offers products and services designed to genuinely improve members’ lives. There is a strong culture of mutual respect between the credit union and its members, which fosters open and honest dialogue.
Trust is essential in financial planning. Allegacy’s emphasis on relationships aligns perfectly with how I approach my work. I feel fortunate to come in each day to help people navigate life’s challenges and celebrate their successes. That sense of purpose is what motivates me every day.
