Your questions, answered

You can make a loan payment online through Allegacy Digital Banking. Log in to Digital Banking, select your loan under My Accounts, and click the Pay button. You can also access loan payments through the Allegacy Mobile App once you’re enrolled in Digital Banking.

Yes. You can pay your Allegacy loan from an external account using ACH at no cost. Log in to Digital Banking and go to: Move Money → Loan Payment → Manage External Accounts → Add an Account 

Enter your external routing and account number to set up payments. ACH transfers are free. If you choose to pay with an external debit card instead, a $5 convenience fee applies. American Express debit cards are not accepted.

You can make a credit card payment through our digital banking services. 

In Digital Banking: 

Go to My Accounts and click the Pay button under your credit card, or Select Credit Card Account Information from the Additional Services menu and choose Make a Payment. 

In the Mobile App: 

Click Select More, then choose Credit Card Account Information, and follow the prompts to make a payment. You can pay using an Allegacy account, an external account, or an external debit card.

For Visa Credit Card transactions, log in to Digital Banking, select Credit Card Account Information, choose View Transactions, and click Dispute Transaction next to the item in question. Reporting concerns quickly helps protect your account and limit potential fraud.

You can also send a secure message through Digital Banking under the Support menu. Acting quickly helps prevent unauthorized transactions and protect your account.
