Tax forms are mailed by January 31 each year and are not available in Online Banking. If you have not received yours by the second week of February, contact Member Services at 336-774-3400 or 800-782-4670.

Yes. Members can purchase Certified Teller Checks at any Financial Center. Fees may apply—please refer to the current Fee Schedule.

Holiday closings are posted on our website in advance. A full list of annual holiday closures is available online.

Allegacy’s routing number is 253177887. You can find your account number in Online Banking, in the Mobile App, or on the bottom of your personal checks.

You can update your contact information through Secure Messaging or Secure Chat in Online Banking, by visiting a branch, or by calling Member Services.

Do not send sensitive information through open email or standard chat. Use Secure Messaging or Secure Live Chat inside Online Banking to ensure your information is protected.
