Background

I was born and raised in the heartland! Kansas, yes, it is flat as a pancake!  I moved to North Carolina in 2004 with my 3 children.  Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of industries, but always with a strong focus on client service. I joined Allegacy in August 2024 and have enjoyed getting to know our members and being part of a fast-paced, engaging environment. Outside of work, I love spending time with family. I have six grandchildren that keep me happily busy!

Why Allegacy

I chose to join Allegacy because I felt it was the right fit for me both personally and professionally. I continue to build my career here because I truly enjoy getting to know and working with our clients, advisors, and teammates. After a little over a year with Allegacy, I’m still learning, growing, and seeing wonderful results for the clients we serve.

What does client service mean to you?

Client service, to me, begins with listening; truly understanding the client and their needs. It means being able to answer questions clearly and explain the steps required to reach a solution. It’s also about building trust by doing what you say you will do and keeping clients informed every step of the way. Great customer service happens when you consistently put the client first and demonstrate that commitment through your actions.
