Lisa Johnson

I bring a wide range of experience from both the credit union industry and roles outside of it. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in financial support, training, service, and relationship building—always centered around my long-held “people helping people” philosophy. I also spent several years in the real estate industry, where I further strengthened my ability to guide individuals through important life decisions. I joined Allegacy in 2022 and transitioned to Allegacy Wealth Management in 2025 as a member of the Central Support Team, where I support various advisors and clients while showcasing my skillset.

I was born and raised in North Carolina. Outside of work, I enjoy lake life, sunsets, water sports, quick getaways, and spending time with my husband, our fur babies, two adult sons, and our growing family.

I found that my years of experience in both the credit union industry and real estate blend naturally with the work I now do supporting members in achieving their financial goals. The organization’s people-first philosophy aligns closely with my own, making Allegacy a place where I feel I can make a real impact. I appreciate the opportunity to apply my relationship-building skills, financial knowledge, and service mindset in a setting that truly values member success.

I understand the importance of making a meaningful and positive difference in someone’s life. I find great fulfillment in working with a team that helps members understand their goals, develop a plan, and guide them through the steps to achieve them. Helping people navigate life’s changes and offering support, clarity, and encouragement along the way is what makes this work so rewarding. To me, exceptional service means being present, listening deeply, and using my experience to ensure every member feels supported, understood, and valued.
