Sunni Weatherly

I was born and raised in Kernersville, North Carolina, and earned my bachelor’s degree in Health Promotions from Appalachian State University. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my husband and daughter and spending meaningful time with my family, who bring tremendous joy and purpose to my life.

Professionally, I serve as the Operations Manager for Allegacy Wealth Management. With more than two decades of experience across the finance, investment, and insurance industries, I have built my career around support, service excellence, and operational leadership. I am passionate about creating experiences that make members feel supported, understood, and confident about what comes next. My approach is driven by continuous improvement, thoughtful strategy, and a deep commitment to developing strong teams.

I believe financial planning is about far more than numbers. It is about understanding each person’s goals, values, and vision for their life. I am especially drawn to the relationship building aspect of this work, where genuine human connection guides the support we provide.

I find great purpose in contributing to a team that helps members clarify their aspirations and take intentional steps toward achieving them. Being part of that journey is both rewarding and inspiring.
