With over 18+ years at Allegacy I’m driven by curiosity and a genuine growth mindset, always digging for the "why" behind the process to ensure every improvement is felt and valued by our members.
Background
Born and raised in NC, growing up in the Triad since elementary school. Graduated from UNCG with a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. Beginning with Allegacy on the teller line over 18 years ago, I’ve navigated everything from front-line branch service to operations support, where I specialized in solving complex member needs and educating internal teams. This diverse path keeps me eager to understand the why behind what we do. Today, in Private Banking, I use that lifelong curiosity to ensure our wealth members receive a seamless, thoughtful experience shaped by nearly two decades of advocacy.
Why Private Banking
Moving to Private Banking in 2021 was the natural next step in my journey, allowing me to bridge years of problem-solving, researching and education into a specialized partnership with a select group of members navigating complex financial landscapes.
Why Allegacy
Fresh out of college I wanted to work somewhere that felt like home. As a member myself, I already knew this credit union as a local fixture that put people over profits, and I knew that was the kind of culture where I could truly plant roots and grow.
My goal is to never stop growing as a professional, ensuring that as members’ needs evolve, my ability to provide clarity and sophisticated support grows along with them.
